My name is Paul Sisk. I started training in the art of Taekwondo in 1984 at the age of 9. I received my 1st Degree Black Belt in 1987 through the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). In 1991 I joined the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), where I attained the Rank of 5th Degree Black Belt. Through many years, I (along with my wife), opened schools in Champlin, MN, Santa Maria, CA, and now in Eagan, MN (my hometown). In 2009 we joined the American Martial Arts Institute (AMAI) where we continue our TKD training. In 2005 I became a Haganah F.I.G.H.T. Certified Instructor, and after 6 years of training attained the Elite Rank Title in the Haganah System. In 2012 I started training in BJJ under my instructor Chris Ruiz who is a High Rank Purple Belt, who is ranked by Paulo Fernando in San Diego, who is an elite Black Belt Instructor in the Arts of BJJ and Judo. With all of these credentials stated, the best part of my job is the fact that I have been blessed to grow and learn mentally and physically from great instructors, great students, and great friends who have taught from their hearts. Changing lives, and having my life change, is the best part of my job.
I get to share these experiences with my talented 4th Degree Black Belt Wife, Kellie, my oldest Green Belt Son, Sam, and yet to experience the greatness of the arts, my youngest Son, Charlie.
I would like to thank the following people, because without them, I would not be where I am today:
Master H.Y. Kim, Master Dave Youngman, Master Glen Olson, Master Amanda Olson, Master Chick Mathis, Master Kevin Mathis, Mike Lee Kanarek, and Christopher Ruiz.
