We are glad you are here.  ARMR the Warrior has over 37 years of martial arts experience that we want to share with you.  We train our students in a variety of  martial arts  activities from Taekwando, self-defense, sparring, and yoga.

About Us

The Best Martial Arts Academy in Eagan, Minnesota

My name is Paul Sisk. I started training in the art of Taekwondo in 1984 at the age of 9. I received my 1st Degree Black Belt in 1987 through the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). In 1991 I joined the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), where I attained the Rank of 5th Degree Black Belt.

Our Program

Martial Arts Classes

Taekwondo is a program designed to teach from White – Black Belt the basics, fundamentals, and applications of the Armored Warrior Martial Arts system. This system teaches Taekwondo, kick boxing, and adaptive self-defense, while incorporating amazing and fun Martial Arts drills, all while stressing character building skills.

KUBS Classes

The Kub classes are specifically designed for 4½-7 years old that helps them develop and  grow their focus and attention from basic movements, into combinations and fun

Junior Classes

Junior Warriors Taekwondo is a program designed to teach from White – Black Belt the basics, fundamentals, and applications of the ARMR Warrior Martial Arts system

Haganah Classes

Haganah is different; it derives from military combat instruction where you need to develop basic proficiency in a few months and improve personal defense.

Before & After School Classes

We offer a safe and positive environment for kids to make new friends while providing time for homework, snack, arts and crafts, group activities, and Martial Arts Skills.

Lifeflow Yoga

This is a non-verbal, choreographed class, surrounded by aromatherapy and candlelight, while listening to spiritually and emotionally uplifting music. Regardless of your fitness level, yoga experience, coordination or flexibility, we believe anyone can do this.
